In our kitchen, we will be fusing traditional recipes and cooking techniques from various African regions, incorporating the rich and diverse culinary heritage of the continent. From the aromatic spices of North Africa to the hearty stews of West Africa, we aim to bring a true taste of Africa to every dish we create.
With a particular focus on Southern African cuisine, we will showcase the bold flavors of countries such as Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, United Republic Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe, including Kenya & Zimbabwe, largely underrpresented in the Bay Area.
